Who is Gymnast Fix for?

Gymnast Fix is for any and all competitive gymnasts who want to see longevity in their career and reach their greatest competitive potential in the sport. Gymnast Fix is both a tool to prevent and manage pain and to optimize on-floor performance.

What does Gymnast Fix do?

Gymnast Fix utilizes Dr. Sloan's proven system of MEDS (mobility, exercises, drills and stretches) to resolve pain and mobility problems common in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnast Fix increases mobility and range of motion, improves arching and arms athletes with the knowledge and skills necesssary to see success in the future.

How does Gymnast Fix work?

Upon enrolling in Gymnast Fix you will schedule a 10 minute virtual pre-screening session with Dr. Sloan to assess your intial conditions. You will then be given access to your course, complete with a detailed schedule outlining the weeks to follow. Each course includes online instructions and video demonstrations. Following the course outline is dependent upon your consistency and committment to being the best athlete you can be! You will receive a weekly update and email check-in from Dr. Sloan to address any questions you might have and to ensure you are making progress. Upon completing your course you will have one final virtual screening with Dr. Sloan to gauge total progress.

What is required of me?

In order to see success in the Gymnast Fix program, it is required that each gymnast commit to consistently completing the coursework with a great attitude. You will be expected to stay on track with the course modules and to interact with Dr. Sloan in weekly check-in's. Following through with the suggested social media is optional but highly recommended. Engaging in social media will elevate your experience with Gymnast Fix and give you much more value during your time in the program than just doing the coursework alone.

Will I be working with Dr. Sloan?

A 10 minute virtual pre-screening and 10 minute virtual post-screening session with Dr. Sloan come with your program enrollment. Additionally, you will receive weekly communications from Dr. Sloan. If you wish to work privately with Dr. Sloan in a 1:1 setting, please contact us through the BOOKING link at the bottom of the website to schedule your session.

How do I know what to do each day?

The online learning platform clearly outlines each week of work to be completed by the gymnast. Each week has detailed instructions and explanation videos so you will never be left to guess at what to do.

What if I'm not happy with the program?

If you for some reason are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of purchase for your money back, guaranteed. Please note: we will only consider a full refund if the gymnast has consistently completed at least 3 weeks of online coursework (including responding to weekly check-in's and providing feedback each week) in the first 30 days.
